Fresh Cabbage is available daily at Bacolod Pages. We select cabbages between 1/2 kg and 1 kg.
Like many other vegetables, cabbage is best prepared by steaming. You can also ferment cabbage to make your own sauerkraut. Russia has the highest consumption at 20 kg per person/year, followed by Belgium at 4.7 kg and the Netherlands at 4.0 kg.
