The King oyster mushroom is the biggest oyster mushroom. You can use king oyster mushrooms in the same way you’d use any other type of mushroom. They will enhance the flavor of a huge variety of dishes and preparing them is very simple. Mushrooms should always be washed before cooking. All their parts are edible, including the caps, gills, and stems. Oyster mushrooms are tasty and pair well with a variety of foods. Use them in meals like soups, stews, pasta dishes, and stir-fries.
