Ginger tea is great anytime during the day, but the best time to drink ginger tea is in the morning. Ginger can be used fresh, dried, powdered, or as an oil or juice. It’s a very common ingredient in recipes.
Preparing your ginger tea:
Peal and divide about 20gr of fresh ginger into four parts.
Add to 250 ml of water.
Cook the water with the chunks of ginger for 5 minutes in a saucepan.
Put the liquid in a mug and leave the chunks of ginger behind.
You can also add the juice of a lemon and 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey.
