Same as the white and Yellow variant it's packed with nutrients such as Vitamin B and C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, and Phosphorus. The dragon fruit originates from Mexico and Middle America. Now you can also find them all over Asia. Vietnam is currently the biggest producer and exporter of dragonfruit with a total area of 55,000 ha. Other producers are Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Australia, Israel, while producers in South America include Mexico, Ecuador, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Guatemala.
